Up up and away!

Last weekend my dad (a commercial pilot) took us all up flying to celebrate his 60th birthday! It was Lauren's first time in a small plane like this and despite being nervous initially she LOVED it! She sat in back with my mom while Sam sat in front with my dad. After they landed I went up with my brother and forgot how fun it was after not having gone for about 10 years! Noah just watched from the ground and couldn't get enough of looking to the sky watching the planes. Before going up we got to walk through the hanger and see various planes which the kids thought was fun. Lauren is always interested in looking at my dad's model airplanes at their house and talks about Opa flying when he's working. I'm so proud of all the accomplishments my dad has made and how successful he's been. There's no one's hands I'd rather put my life in while I'm flying than him! Thanks dad!
