Lauren is officially tri-lingual! Well sort of...
She now can say over 40-45 English words (most also understandable to others) and can say a few words in German. Nana and Opa speak German to her when they're with her and she can easily follow commands in the language, but just recently has started to say some words as well. Yesterday as nana was leaving our house Lauren signed "car" and said "auto". I think she also knows just about as many ASL signs as words these days too. All of this has made it really fun to communicate with her lately! What a smart little girl we have :)
A side note: she had her 18 month appointment today and was in the 82% for height and 76% for weight. She's really hit a growth spurt over the past few months!
