Swim lessons

Lauren had a super fun week of swim lessons! They were held at the Mill Creek pool through the Geneva Park district. The first day was filled with excitement and went great! She was a little "off" the second day and mostly because a 2 yr old was put into her 3-5 year old class and screamed the whole time for her mom. This took all the attention of one of her 2 instructors. Lauren just shut down and didn't really participate until the last 5-10 minutes. The next 2 days were great though and she really became a brave little girl in the water! Her final day was a make up day due to storms and only 2 other kids showed so they got more individualized attention (this made up for that one day in my mind!). Skills mastered include asking permission to get in the water, jumping in, climbing out of the pool by herself, holding her breath, and going under water. Amazing job Lauren!!!
