Update on grandpa.
We finally found out that my grandfather's gallbladder cancer was contained to the gallbladder and they have removed it all. This means he won't need radiation or chemotherapy and will just need to have regular visits with the Oncologist for monitoring. Praise God! Because this type of cancer is so agressive most people die within 8 months of finding out they have it. Also due to the agressiveness there is a possibility of the cancer returning in other area's - this is why he'll be monitored every 6 months. Family members of someone who has this cancer are 5 times more likely to also get it! Thankfully myself, my mom, and my brother have had ours all removed (due to other complications)! He'll be coming home tomorrow and will hopefully recover quickly. Thanks for the prayers!
