Family

My aunt, uncle and cousins from Goose Bay, Canada came to stay with my parents for a week on Thursday so my mom and I took my grandmother, aunt, and cousin to get manicure's. This was the first time any of them had ever gotten their nails done! My mom and I got pedicures and then we all went shopping and out for lunch. It was so fun being able to spend time with the "girls" of the family!

Over the weekend my Uncle Jeff and his friend Linda came out from CT to visit for a few days. All of us spent some relaxing time reconnecting at my parents home; swimming and eating!

All in all it was great spending time together relaxing. It makes me sad to think our family is so spread out because weekends like this past one would be so nice to have more often. Though it also makes me appreciate the family I don't see often even more.

Now to work off all the food my mom made and had available over the weekend!
