Noah at 4 months!

Noah has really changed a lot over the past month and we're starting to see more of his personality. He's very interested in faces and loves to watch Lauren. He's very ticklish especially in his thighs, ribs, and neck. Noah smiles and giggles easily and is overall a very happy baby. He's eating well and though he's 4 months I think we'll hold off another month or so before we start any solid foods. Watching us eat however is becoming more interesting to him. We're still swaddling him for sleep and he'll occasionally go through the night without needing to eat. Most of the time he still get's up once for a quick feeding around 2-3:30am. He takes about 3 naps a day anywhere from 1-3 hours long and is usually in bed by 6-630pm. I've been letting him cry it out if he gets up earlier than 6am in the morning and he seems to be adjusting well.
Poor guy has been sick for the past 6 weeks... it all started with a cold he picked up from Lauren but he's continued to cough, and 2 nights ago ended up in the ER for a breathing treatment because he started wheezing. Lauren was definitely not as sick this early but she also didn't get exposed to as much being an only child. This fall should be interesting!
Noah still like his swing but isn't in there as much anymore as he is more interested in being walked around, playing under his playgym, hanging out in his Bumbo, or being up on the counter in his papazan as we make dinner or are in the kitchen. He still loves to be outside and it's been so nice since the weather has cooled off some. Since Lauren has started sleeping in later in the mornings, now that her teeth have finally broken through, we've had some more one on one time. I don't feel like I necessarily get to spend as much one on one time with Noah as I did Lauren for obvious reasons, so this has been special.

The past 4 months have flown by! Noah is a special little guy and we're really looking forward to how his personality continues to develop. He has his 4 month appointment with his pediatrician in a couple days so we'll see how he's growing and developing. More to come then.
