Potty update

What I thought was going to be a super difficult thing really ended up being a lot easier! Lauren has done GREAT with potty training so far. She didn't have one accident her whole first day! She was really excited about spending the day with mommy, getting to eat treats and play with stickers, and being able to talk on the phone after a success. We didn't leave the bathroom much the whole morning but it was because she was so excited to sit on the potty and read books/sing songs/ etc... The novelty wore off a little the second day and she pooped in her undies once but other than that no pee pee accidents! Lauren has had a few accidents over the past 2 days but very minimal and most times catches herself before there's a big mess and we make it to the toilet. She's starting to prefer the big potty over the little potty seat and got up onto it all by herself this morning when she had to go without me going with her! I was putting Noah down for his nap and came out to see her sitting up there going pee. She's really impressing me! We still put her in diapers for her nap and bedtime. Yesterday she woke up completely dry from her nap and then used the potty afterwards. I think the hardest part for her is to stop what she's doing to go use the bathroom. I haven't ventured out of the house with her yet but will probably do so in the next 2 days. Way to go Lauren!!!
